Recipe: Super Easy Egg Pudding

This is one quick recipe which I make whenever I crave for sugar. It is super easy and requires regular ingredients which are usually present at homes. Do tell me how you like it!


1/2 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 can (14 oz) Condensed milk
1 can (12 oz) Evaporated milk


1) Preheat oven to 350 F.
2) In a pan, melt the sugar over medium heat and coat a round pan with that caramel (if you use a metal pan, you can melt the sugar right there).
3) Beat the eggs and add the condensed milk and evaporated milk. Mix well.
4) Pour into the coated pan and place in water bath (another shallow pan with water). Place in oven and bake at 350 F for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
5) Let it cool and place in refrigerator until chilled and ready to serve.
6) To serve, cover mould with serving dish and turn over, taking care that caramel does not spill.

Note: This recipe serves 8 persons.
